Sessions are based in Lancaster, most commonly at Williamson Park, with alternative locations across Morecambe, South Cumbria and the South Lakes may be available by arrangement and may incur an additional travel charge.

Additional Information
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and may be transferred to another recipient.
Outside any applicable statutory cancellation rights, change-of-mind refunds are not offered after the digital voucher has been supplied.
Nothing in these terms limits the purchaser’s statutory rights, including rights relating to a voucher that is faulty, misdescribed or cannot be honoured by PJL Pet Photography.
The purchaser’s full name and email address must be provided when the recipient arranges their session. PJL Pet Photography will use these details to locate and validate the original purchase.
If more than one voucher was purchased using the same details, the original order number may also be required.
Each qualifying purchase may be redeemed once only. Copying or printing the voucher does not create additional entitlements.
A voucher connected to a purchase that has been refunded, cancelled, disputed, charged back or previously redeemed will not be accepted.

Can I choose the photoshoot location?
Photoshoots usually take place in and around Lancaster, including Williamson Park, which offers a variety of beautiful natural backdrops.
If the recipient would prefer an alternative location within Lancashire or South Cumbria, this can often be arranged by request and may be subject to a time and travel surcharge.
How many dogs can be photographed?
Voucher sessions include photography of up to two dogs from the same household.
A maximum of three dogs may be photographed by prior arrangement.
Additional dogs beyond the first two are charged at £20 per dog.
How does booking work?
Once the voucher has been received, the recipient can contact PJL Pet Photography using the telephone number or contact details provided on the voucher.
They will need to provide the purchaser’s full name and email address so that the original purchase can be validated. The Squarespace order number may also be requested where necessary.
We will then discuss available dates and arrange a suitable location for the session.
Is there any obligation to buy extra images?
No. The voucher includes the photoshoot experience and a beautiful 10×8 inch print.
There is no obligation to purchase anything further, although most clients choose to invest in additional images after viewing their gallery.
How long is the voucher valid for?
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Can the voucher be transferred or exchanged for cash?
Yes, the voucher may be transferred to another recipient. The original purchaser’s name and email address will still be required when booking so that the purchase can be validated.
The voucher has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Outdoor sessions are weather-dependent.
If conditions aren’t suitable, the session will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
